PROTEIN ANZAC BISCUITS

Protein Anzac Biscuits are an all Australian favourite! make sure the next tiime you make up a batch of tasty anzac biscuits, that you use this recipe. A little protein goes a long way!

WHAT YOU NEED:

70g Quick oats
1 x XL egg
15g JD Nutraceuticals Pro30 Pure Protein (Vanilla) 
30g Shredded coconut
80g Apple puree
45g Chick peas
20g Flax meal
Natvia Stevia to sweeten the more you add the sweeter they are

HERE’S HOW:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 190
  2. Place all the above ingredients into a blender and blend on high until well mixed.
  3. Prepare a silicon tray for the biscuit.  Use just over a table spoon of mixture per biscuit and shape them into a cookie using a fork to press down on each biscuit.
  4. Bake for about 25 min. Until brown on top.
  5. Allow to cool and… DEVOUR!
